Here are my two greatest achievements in one photo. This is me
finishing Ironman UK with my two wonderful children. On September
7th 2008 I swam 2.5 Miles then cycled 112 Miles and then ran a
marathon in 15hrs 8mins.

Here I am seeking fame and fortune. In
the early 90's I was in a band called
Thousand Yard Stare. We had moderate
success with a top 40 single and two
albums. We toured all over America and
Europe and had a great time.
